Job summary

Proman is actively recruiting Production Operatives for a leading manufacturing company in Somercotes, Derbyshire. This temp-to-perm opportunity offers training and a clear pathway to full employment, with a Monday-Friday shift from 6:00am to 2:00pm and weekly pay. You will operate production machinery, perform quality checks, pack goods for dispatch, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. No prior experience required, just reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.

• Previous production/manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Able to work effectively within a team.

Production Operatives Required

Proman is currently recruiting Production Operatives for a leading manufacturing company based in Somercotes. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business offering ongoing work, full training, and the potential to secure a permanent position.

Duties Include

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
• Processing and manufacturing products to specification
• Carrying out quality checks on finished products
• Packing and preparing products for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Assisting other departments as required
