Proman is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a busy manufacturing and distribution site in Sharston, Manchester. This physically active role suits individuals who take pride in quality and productivity and enjoy a fast-paced environment.

The role is temporary-to-permanent, with a starting pay of £12.71 per hour plus a performance bonus, rising up to £16.90 per hour for overtime. Successful candidates will have opportunities to secure a permanent position after a qualifying period.

Key Responsibilities

• Packing, and sorting products in line with company standards
• Palletising finished goods ready for dispatch
• Carrying out quality checks and identifying any defects or issues
• Assisting colleagues across various warehouse functions
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment
• Meeting daily productivity and performance targets
