Job summary

Pilgrims Europe in Llanidloes is hiring for entry-level roles with no prior experience needed. You will receive comprehensive training and join a Buddy Programme to support your development in the food industry.

Typical hours are Monday to Friday with a 6am start. This role offers a pathway to learn new skills, grow within the company, and build a career in food production.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• Buddy Programme supports learning on the job.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in the food industry.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, early start (6am).

Responsibilities

• Food handling (working with raw product).
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards.
• Perform manual handling tasks.
• Ensure customer specifications and requirements are met.
• Work as a team to meet KPI targets and improve processes.
• Be flexible and learn different aspects of the process.
