Job summary

QUINTESSENTIAL BRANDS UK GROUP LTD is seeking a Food Production Operative at our North East facility. You will help produce pre-prepared products to specification, weighing, labeling and stacking items, while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

The role requires the ability to work in a chilled environment, lift up to 25kg, and be flexible to meet deadlines. Good teamwork and a sense of humour are valued in our fast-paced operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food production or kitchen setting.
• Able to use, strip and clean machinery.
• Comfortable working in a chilled environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce pre-prepared food products by hand and machine to spec and deadlines.
• Weight, label and stack products.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness for workplace and machinery.
• Follow SOPs, SSOW and food hygiene regulations including allergen controls.
• Work as part of the team to keep operations positive and efficient.
• Look after your safety and help others as needed.
• Learn our product range and processes.

Food Production Operative

This is a new production facility, and we are looking for a whole team

About The Role

Our customers rely on you. You have a direct impact on whether our customers receive quality pre-prepared products to the specification they expect. You are the last pair of eyes to quality control the products ensuring only the best is sent out, you ensure our customers get everything they ordered. You are an essential part of the Delifresh team

• Produce pre-prepared food products, by hand and machine to spec and set deadlines
• Weight, label, and stack products
• Maintain workplace and machinery to the highest standards of cleanliness
• Work within the agreed SOP’s, SSOW, Food Hygiene regulations including allergen controls

Hours

41.25 hours per week Sunday – Monday (11am from 8pm)
