Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd in Ledbury is seeking a Production Operative for a frozen goods manufacturer on a full-time, temporary ongoing contract. £13.00 per hour, with weekly rotating shifts Monday to Friday in a chilled 0–4°C environment.

You will select stock, replenish supplies, and pack items with care to support an efficient production line. Prior production or warehouse experience is helpful but not essential as full training is provided.

• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.

Job description

As a Production Operative in Ledbury, you will join a manufacturer of frozen goods, earning £13.00 per hour on a full-time, temporary ongoing contract. Your week will alternate between morning and afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday, within a chilled setting maintained between 0°C and 4°C. Responsibilities involve selecting stock from assigned areas, replenishing supplies to sustain workflow, and packing items with precision. This role suits individuals comfortable in cold conditions who can manage physical tasks. Prior experience in production or warehousing is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided. You will contribute directly to the efficiency of a busy operation.

The Role:

Hours of Work

• Weekly Rotating Monday to Friday Shifts:
  • Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00 (37.5 hours)
  • Week 2: 14:00 - 22:30 (40 hours)

Pay Rate

£13.00 per hour
