Job summary

Staffline is recruiting for a Production Operative to work in Minsterley, Shropshire, for a leading dairy manufacturer. The role is full-time with a 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern and involves packing, quality checking and general warehouse tasks.

The rate of pay is £13.12 per hour, with overtime at £16.40 per hour. Shifts run 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am, with days or nights possible if needed, and full training provided.

• Tray erecting, making up boxes ready for dispatch.
• Completion of documents and records accurately.
• Maintain hygienic status of working environment.
• General housekeeping of the working area.

Great opportunity to work as a Production Operative for our client, a leading dairy manufacturer.

Staffline is recruiting for a Production Operative to work in Minsterley, Shropshire.

The rate of pay is £13.12 per hour.

Overtime is available and is paid at £16.40 per hour.

This is a full-time role working 4 on 4 off, rotating shifts every 2 weeks.

The hours of work are:

• 6am to 6pm
• 6pm to 6am

We can accommodate days or nights only if unable to follow a shift pattern and we are flexible with working days, as we are happy to take them on ad hock basis.

As a General Operative, your duties will include:

• Packing product
• Quality checking product
• Tray erecting, making up boxes ready for dispatch
• Completion of documents and records accurately
• Maintain hygienic status of working environment
• General housekeeping of the working area

Our ideal General Operative will have great attention to detail and be comfortable working in a chilled environment.

Previous experience in a Warehouse or Food Production is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
