JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking Production Operatives for a full-time, ongoing role in the East Midlands area near Derby, with a temp-to-perm pathway. Shifts are 4 days on, 4 days off, with 12-hour rotating hours from 6am–6pm or 6pm–6am.

You will work on a modern production line, securing items into boxes and handling goods for correct packing in an ambient environment. Candidates should be reliable, prepared for physical, repetitive tasks, and have their own transport due to site location.

Job description

A Production Operative position is available in Kegworth, offering full-time, ongoing work with a temp-to-perm pathway. The role pays £12.92 per hour for day shifts and £14.86 for nights, operating on a rotational pattern of four days on, four days off, with twelve-hour shifts from 6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am. Your duties involve working on a modern production line, securing items into appropriate boxes, and handling goods to ensure correct packing within an ambient setting. Timed deadlines are a key focus. Given the location near East Midlands Gateway, your own transport is likely necessary. This role suits individuals who are reliable and comfortable with physical, repetitive tasks.
