Ambitions Personnel is recruiting for a Production Operative role based in Old Dalby, Melton Mowbray. You will join a busy manufacturing environment with full-time hours, an immediate start, and potential permanency for the right candidates.

You'll work Monday to Friday, 14:00-22:00, operate production equipment, assist with finishing processes, check quality, and pack orders. Full training will be provided and you will be part of a friendly, team-focused site.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you'll be working as part of a hands-on production team, helping to ensure products are manufactured, finished and prepared to the required standard.

• Assisting with various production and finishing processes.
• Preparing materials and products for the next stage of production.
• Checking finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Packing and preparing completed orders.
• Following production instructions and company procedures.
• Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe.
• Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily production requirements.
• Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates with previous production experience as well as those looking to develop their skills within a manufacturing environment.

You'll need to be:
