Blue Arrow is recruiting Warehouse Operatives in Hilton for full-time, ongoing work with weekly pay and on-site parking. The role involves mixing, filling, labelling, packing, and preparing products for dispatch within a busy warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, detail-focused and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential; suitable for long-term opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting daily warehouse and production operations.
• Mixing, filling, labelling, and packing products.
• Preparing completed products for dispatch.
• Maintaining quality standards and following site procedures.
• Working across different areas of the warehouse as required.
• Carrying out repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Following all health and safety procedures.

Location: Hilton, South Derbyshire

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (Rotating pattern of 2 weeks on days and 2 weeks on afternoons)

Day Shift: 5:30am - 4:00pm £13.05 per hour

Afternoon Shift: 4:00pm - 2:00am £14.05 per hour

Overtime paid after 40 hours worked per week.

Day Shift overtime rate: £18.95 per hour (7.5 hours paid at overtime rate each week)

Afternoon Shift overtime rate: £20.40 per hour (5 hours paid at overtime rate each week)

We're recruiting Warehouse Operatives on behalf of a well-established sports nutrition manufacturer based in Hilton. This is a full-time opportunity offering consistent hours, weekly pay, and the potential for long-term employment.

This role would suit someone who enjoys keeping busy, is comfortable with repetitive tasks, and can work effectively as part of a team.

Important Information

Please note that the working environment can be dusty due to the nature of the products being manufactured. As a result, this role may not be suitable for individuals with respiratory conditions such as asthma.
