Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is seeking a driven Production Operative for a busy FMCG manufacturing site in the Bridgwater area on a temporary assignment with ongoing work. Immediate starts available with a 4 on 4 off rotation and 12-hour days/nights.

You will handle machinery, support changeovers, assist maintenance and fault finding, and liaise with engineers to resolve issues. A full driving licence and own car are required as transport is essential; PPE is provided, and a comprehensive

• Production/manufacturing experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
• Willing to work a 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shift pattern including days and nights.
• Own car and full driving licence essential for transport to site.
• Comfortable using IT systems to record production data.
• Able to adhere to site PPE rules and SMOKEFREE policy.

Responsibilities

Temporary Assignment £15.04–£16.54ph | 4 on 4 off | Own Transport Essential We're looking for a driven Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing site in the Bridgwater area (TA6) on a temporary assignment with ongoing work.

IMMEDIATE STARTS - 4 on 4 off shift pattern:2 Days, 2 Nights, 4 days off - 12-hour shifts: Day: 06:00–18:00 | Night: 18:00–06:00

Day rate: £15.04ph (Basic + weekend allowance)

Night rate: £16.54ph (Basic + Night shift & weekend allowance)

As a Production Operative you will use your hands‑on experience with operating machinery to support changeovers, conduct basic maintenance & fault finding whilst liaising with the engineering team to resolve more complex faults.

Completing all required documentation to maintain full audit readiness whilst working collaboratively as part of a production team to achieve key factory performance.
