Interaction Recruitment Group is recruiting Production Operatives for a busy manufacturing site in Buntingford (Hertfordshire). This temp-to-perm role starts immediately, with full-time hours Monday to Friday and on-the-job training provided.

Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, and hardworking, able to follow instructions and work well in a team. No prior experience required, as full training will be given. Overtime is available based on business needs.

Production Operative - Temp to Perm

Location: Buntingford, Hertfordshire
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Start Date: Immediate
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Overtime: Available, subject to business requirements

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing environment based in Buntingford.

This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for long-term employment. Full training will be provided, making this role suitable for candidates with previous production, warehouse, factory or manufacturing experience, as well as those looking to develop new skills.
