Job summary

Meridian Business Support Limited is recruiting for a Production Operative on a temporary assignment in the Bridgwater area (TA6). The role features a 4 on 4 off shift pattern with 12-hour days and nights, and immediate starts.

Day rate is £15.04 per hour and night rate £16.54 per hour, with 22 days holiday, a pension, and access to an employee benefits platform. You will join a busy production team of 500+ across beverage filling lines, operate machinery, support changeovers, perform basic

• OK with working both Days & Nights.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to support changeovers and production processes.
• Conduct basic maintenance and fault finding with engineering liaison.
• Complete required documentation to maintain audit readiness.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve factory performance.

We're looking for a driven Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing site in the Bridgwater area (TA6) on a temporary assignment with ongoing work.

• IMMEDIATE STARTS


• 4 on 4 off shift pattern: 2 Days, 2 Nights, 4 days off


• 12-hour shifts: Day: 06:0018:00 | Night: 18:0006:00


• Day rate: £15.04ph (Basic + weekend allowance)


• Night rate: £16.54ph (Basic + Night shift & weekend allowance)


• Temporary role with ongoing work

Join a busy production team of 500+, working across 27 beverage filling lines making everything from smoothies to leading supermarket juices.

As a Production Operative you will use your hands-on experience with operating machinery to support changeovers, conduct basic maintenance & fault finding whilst liaising with the engineering team to resolve more complex faults. Completing all required documentation to maintain full audit readiness whilst working collaboratively as part of a production team to achieve key factory performance.
