Job summary

Stafforce-Recruitment is recruiting for a Production Operative in Grimsby on long-term ongoing shifts with immediate start. You will work on seafood production lines, packing and loading products, and supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

No previous experience is required as full training is provided; you will join a committed team with opportunities for progression and a permanent position.

Production Operative (BBBH47166) Grimsby, England

Salary: GBP12.87 - GBP19.31 per hour

Working in partnership with SOFINA FOODS in Grimsby we are recruiting a reliable, hardworking Production Operative 8,12 hour shifts. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an Employer of Choice that offers training opportunities and great pay, alongside real temp to perm opportunities.

SHIFT PATTERN

• Monday to Friday 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm
• 4on/4off 12h 6am-6pm
• Weekends only Sat/Sun 6am-6pm

START DATE/DURATION

Production Operative positions will commence with immediate effect however, if you do have a notice period with a current employer, we will work around this. This is ongoing, long-term work and will lead to a permanent position.

THE ROLE

• Production operatives are responsible for the production of seafood products.
• Packing and loading produce.
• General production line work.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

• No previous experience required as full training is provided.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

Previous experience as a Production operative /Manufacturing operative/ Packer/ Line operative would be advantageous, not essential.
