Overview

Hours: Day Shifts

Are you ready to become a Food Production Operative? We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operatives to join our client's team in Scarborough. This position is ongoing with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

Responsibilities
  • Pack products accurately and efficiently
  • Weighing small food products into different sized bags
  • Sealing and wrapping products into various packaging
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure product integrity
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the production area
  • Follow safety and quality guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends
  • Previous experience in food production or a similar environment is a plus
