Pure Staff Ltd. are recruiting a Production Operative for a pet food manufacturer based in Bourton-on-the-Water. The role involves hands-on duties across the production line, ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently and to high standards.

You will mix, weigh and load ingredients, monitor processes and perform quality checks while keeping the area clean and compliant with safety procedures. Temp-to-perm opportunities and weekly pay are available.

Production Operative

Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a General Operative to join our client based in Bourton-on-the-Water. Our client is a well-established pet food manufacturer, producing high-quality products for customers across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for a General Operative to join a friendly and hardworking team within a busy manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be involved in various stages of the production process, helping to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Your Role

As a General Operative, your duties will include:

• Mixing raw ingredients in line with production specifications
• Weighing and measuring ingredients accurately
