Job summary

Enbarr Recruitment and Training is helping a Deeside-based manufacturing client recruit four production staff for a fast-paced environment. Roles involve working days and nights, 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am, with extra shifts possible on days off.

Training will be provided from day one; some packaging/warehousing/machine minding or QA background is advantageous. You'll inspect products on the line, bag them for dispatch, and perform quality checks, recording defects in the stores system and supporting

Job description

Our client is a leading manufacturing facility, based in the Deeside area. They are looking for hard working and reliable individuals to support their team and warehouse function.

The client are looking to add 4 new members of staff, joining their busy, fast paced production environment.

MUST HAVE FAST PACED PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE

Following both days and nights, we can make some allowances.

You will be required to work days and Nights, 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am with extra shifts available on your days off, if required.

They are going to be training staff immediately

• Previous packaging, manufacturing, warehousing, machine minding or QI background would be highly advantageous as will knowledge of manual handling and similar health and safety procedures.
• Part of the role will require you to inspect products as they come off the line, and bag them up for dispatch.
• Another part of the role with be to Quality inspect parts that come off the line, and record defects into the stores system using the computer, and support the reworks.
• There is no heavy lifting, though the work is highly repetitive and fast paced, but you are given 3 breaks a day 20/30/20mins.
• This is a great environment, where you are treated as part of the team, and given a uniform, safety equipment and locker.

• This role has the potential for being a long term position for the right candidates.

Pay: £14.00p/h all shifts (after 48hrs worked during the week, pay increases to £17ph)
