Job summary

Pilgrims Europe in Bodmin is hiring a Production Operative to join the Production team. You will work Monday to Friday, 16:00 to 00:00, ensuring quality and quantity targets are met.

You will perform visual quality checks, use PPE properly, and collaborate with the team to prevent line stoppages. Training opportunities may be provided as required.

Qualifications

• Food Safety Level 2 required.
• GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above required.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to meet specification, quantity, and time requirements.
• Carry out visual quality checks and reject any unsuitable product.
• Minimise risk of line stoppages through observation and reporting issues promptly.
• Ensure correct PPE is worn and equipment is operated safely.
• Undertake any reasonable duties requested by the Team Leader or Production Controller.
• Be willing to take part in additional training as required.

Shift Pattern
