Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Factory Operatives for a permanent, full-time day role in Plymouth, Devon. The position offers development opportunities, a 40-hour week and shifts Monday to Friday from 6am to 3pm, with a £12.71 per hour rate and on-site parking.

You will work across all areas of food production and packaging, ensuring high standards of quality, food safety and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous food factory, production, manufacturing or warehouse experience.

Key Duties:

As a Factory Operative, you will work across all areas of food production and packaging operations, helping to produce premium food products to the highest standards of quality, food safety and customer satisfaction.

This is a fast-paced food manufacturing environment where attention to detail and maintaining high standards are essential.

The Factory Operative role is physically demanding. Candidates must be comfortable working:

• In a very cold food production environment, with some areas extremely hot.
• On their feet for extended periods.
• Carrying out regular manual handling tasks, lifting up to 15 kg at a time.
• At pace to meet production targets.
• Maintaining exceptionally high quality and food safety standards at all times.

This is a hands-on Production Operative role suited to individuals who enjoy active work and are prepared to work hard as part of a close-knit team.

Requirements:
