Synergise Recruitment Solutions Ltd in Willand, Devon, is recruiting Night Production Operatives to join a growing food manufacturing business on a temp to permanent basis. Role runs 22:00–06:00, Monday to Friday, with overtime rate after 37.5 hours and a £5 daily bonus.

Synergise Recruitment are recruiting Night Production Operatives to join a successful and growing food manufacturing business based in Willand, Devon on a temp to perm basis.

• £13.36 per hour up to 37.5 hours, OT Rate of £20.04 for hours worked above this
• £5 daily bonus

The Role

Working as part of a busy production team, you'll help manufacture high-quality food products while ensuring excellent standards of food safety, quality and cleanliness.

Your duties will include:

• Preparing workstations and equipment for production
• Operating machinery safely and efficiently
• Weighing, measuring and mixing ingredients
• Working as part of a fast-paced production line
• Completing production paperwork accurately
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workplace
• Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
• Maintaining high standards of product quality

About You

Previous experience in production, manufacturing or food production is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
