Job summary

Floryn Packaging Limited's Stoke site in Burslem is seeking a hands-on Head of Site to lead production operations and uphold safety, quality and efficiency.

You will manage a small team on the factory floor, coordinate daily manufacturing activities, and engage with off-site Directors who are not on site.

• Implement and monitor quality control procedures to meet industry standards.
• Drive continuous improvement across the production floor.
• Oversee maintenance and mechanical systems so the plant runs reliably.
• Keep the workplace safe and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Lead, supervise and develop a small production team.

Job description

Run our Stoke manufacturing site in Burslem, leading a small team with overall responsibility for production operations. Stoke Packaging Supplies, part of Floryn Packaging Group, celebrates 15 years of design and manufacturing in 2026. We produce high-quality packaging solutions and are dedicated to innovation, quality and customer satisfaction.

This is a hands-on head-of-site role focused on the factory floor: production, health and safety and quality standards. The Directors are based off site, so you will be the senior person at Burslem day to day.
