You will develop teams, champion lean manufacturing, plan production with engineering and logistics, and drive continuous improvement while upholding high housekeeping, environmental compliance and operational discipline.

Qualifications

• This role requires a strong track record of leading production teams in manufacturing.
• A proactive, solutions‑focused approach to problem‑solving is essential.
• Experience in continuous improvement and lean techniques is preferred.
• Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills are key.
• Ability to balance daily operations with longer‑term improvements.
