Job summary

Ibstock Plc is seeking an experienced Factory Manager for our Parkhouse Factory near Stoke-on-Trent. You will lead two-shift production teams, drive performance, coach supervisors and champion lean manufacturing, safety, and quality across the operation.

You will own day-to-day performance, plan activities to meet customer demand, and collaborate with engineering and logistics to keep operations running smoothly while delivering continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing environments.
• Strong track record delivering safety, quality, productivity, and performance improvements.
• Excellent people development and coaching skills.
• Strong communication, planning and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop production teams across two shifts, creating a high-performing culture.
• Plan and coordinate production activities to meet demand and business objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
