Ibstock is seeking an inspiring Factory Manager for its Parkhouse Factory near Stoke-on-Trent. You will lead two shifts, develop production teams and drive safety, quality and efficiency across the operation.

You will champion lean principles, manage performance, and collaborate with engineering and logistics to continuously improve equipment and processes. A senior manufacturing leader with a hands-on style is desired.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading production teams and delivering improvements in safety, quality and productivity.
• Lean manufacturing techniques and driving operational efficiencies.
• Strong coaching, leadership and development of people.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop production teams across two shifts, creating a high-performing culture.
• Coach and support supervisors to build confidence and leadership skills.
• Take ownership of day-to-day production performance against safety, quality, output and efficiency targets.
• Plan and coordinate production activities to meet customer demand and business objectives.
• Work with engineering and logistics to keep operations running smoothly.
• Use performance data and problem-solving to identify improvements.
