Safely operating supporting workshop equipment, including pillar drills, band saws, angle grinders, and chop saws.
Keeping your working area safe, clean, and organised (5S standards).
A skilled MIG Welder with at least 2+ years of proven fabrication or sheet metal workshop experience.
Confident reading technical engineering drawings independently.
Comfortable completing a standard 30-minute practical weld test during your on-site walkthrough.
