Job summary

Travail Employment Group is seeking an experienced MIG Welder for a permanent role in the UK. You will work from engineering drawings to fabricate standard and complex pieces, with potential to broaden skills across the business.

The role offers a supportive environment, consistent overtime, and clear progression opportunities. A 39-hour week with regular overtime and travel allowances are on offer, along with on-site parking and a practical, team-focused workplace.

We're looking for an experienced MIG Welder to join a well-established manufacturing business on a permanent basis. You'll be working from engineering drawings to produce both standard and more complex fabrications, with opportunities to develop your skills across the wider business.

• Experience setting up and operating welding and fabrication equipment

• Comfortable working in a team within a target-driven production environment
