Job summary

PHOENIX Medical Supplies Ltd. in Salford is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our production operation.

You will oversee supervisors, team leaders and operatives across shifts to meet production plans safely and efficiently in a regulated pharmaceutical setting. You will drive continuous improvement using Lean and Kaizen, develop people, manage planning and labour deployment, and collaborate closely with Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Production Manager in manufacturing.
• Track record of improving KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Experience in regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production activities to deliver plans safely and efficiently.
• Coach and develop Supervisors, Team Leaders and Operatives.
• Drive performance across safety, quality, service, productivity and cost.
• Manage production planning, labor deployment and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Regulatory Affairs teams.
