Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to lead our Assembly facility at Runnings Road, Cheltenham. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality performance, output, and engagement to meet business targets for growth, customer service, safety, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Engage with other production managers and support functions to deliver high-quality output.
• Provide leadership to reduce scrap and improve product quality.
• Implement continuous improvement activities using 5S and lean principles.
• Manage resources effectively with team members and coordinators.
• Contribute to plant operations planning and budgeting.
• Create reports and management information for performance monitoring.
• Communicate effectively during shift start, end, and handovers.
• Lead and motivate teams in line with Core Values.
• Manage team performance, conduct appraisals, and develop capabilities.
• Ensure health, safety, and wellbeing of the team.
