Job summary

A hands-on Production Manager role is available in the United Kingdom, offering relocation assistance, a car allowance, a double figure pension contribution and an annual bonus. Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for day-to-day operations and site activities.
• Lead and develop the Operations team with clear direction.
• Ensure efficient operations with cost control.
• Resolve manufacturing and engineering issues and coordinate non-standard operations.
• Ensure site compliance with quality, health & safety, environmental requirements.
• Collaborate with Technical Department and Research & Applications Manager when required.
• Support business priorities and contribute to Board projects.
