My client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Production Manager to join their site in North Lanarkshire. You will be working with a highly successful FMCG company that is undergoing continued development and investment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the production team.
• Ensure high standards of product quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Manage and lead a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless production flow.
• Monitor production schedules, adjust resources as necessary, and meet production targets.

Experience Required:

Shift Pattern:

• Rotating shift pattern of dayshift and backshift. There will be 2 weeks of dayshift (06:00-14:30) and 2 weeks of backshift (14:30-23:00).
