ACS Staffing Solutions in the Milton Keynes area is seeking a Production Manager to take ownership of day-to-day production operations, ensuring resources are used effectively, deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.

You will lead and coordinate production activities, plan workloads and schedules, manage supply chain operations, and use SAP/MRP systems to monitor performance and drive improvements. A strong focus on safety, efficiency and cost reduction is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a production management role within manufacturing.
• Experience with manufacturing MRP/ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management and production planning.
• Experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Location: Milton Keynes area

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

The Role
