Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Production Manager in Milton Keynes to lead day-to-day production and staff, drive targets, and plan workflow to meet customer deadlines. The role focuses on improving quality, cost, delivery, and efficiency across CNC and fabrication operations.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years in production management within manufacturing/engineering, strong leadership, and experience with ERP/MRP systems. On-site role with comprehensive benefits.

• Proven Production Management experience within CNC, fabrication, manufacturing or engineering environment.
• 5+ years' experience in a Production Management role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes.
• Experience managing and motivating production teams.
• Competent using ERP or MRP systems.
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive approach with the drive and passion to make a positive difference within an established business.
