Job Title: Production Manager

As they continue to expand, they are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Production Manager to lead their manufacturing operations and ensure adherence to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Role Overview:
The Production Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the production team, ensuring output targets are met while maintaining strict compliance with BRC and HACCP standards. This is a key leadership position requiring a hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, and a proven background in food production management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

• Implement and maintain compliance with BRC Global Standards and HACCP protocols.

• Lead, motivate, and develop production staff to meet performance goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Work closely with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Supply Chain departments to optimize processes and resolve production issues.

• Monitor and analyze production KPIs, implementing corrective actions where necessary.

• Ensure that health & safety regulations are adhered to at all times on the production floor.

• Support audits and inspections from external and internal bodies.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role within the food and beverage manufacturing industry.

• In-depth knowledge of BRC (British Retail Consortium) Global Standards and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
