Requirements
Reporting directly to Operations Manager & General Manager.
2yrs+ Experience within a precast manufacturing facility essential.
Ability to read manufacture drawings and understand cast-in elements and measurements.
Health and Safety driven individual with the ability to lead a safe and efficient process.
Must have the ability to implement and drive change
Have strong problem solving capabilities
Must have the ability to work well under pressure with a proven track record
Have a positive working attitude
Responsibilities
Responsible for factory Health and safety.
Responsible for all Factory employees and putting them to work on a daily basis.
Meeting production targets and liaising with Senior Management regarding planning.
Working and driving labour targets and ensuring supervisors are set to work.
Updating and reporting against company KPI’s
Tracking plant and material usage within the factory.
Ensuring safe systems of work are put in place and managed daily for all production processes.
Responsible for all HR matters and on boarding.
Responsible for training and team development
