Job summary

Owen Daniels is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily production activities, ensure on-time delivery and uphold safety and quality standards at our Gloucester site.

You will drive Lean manufacturing, coach Team Leaders and Operatives, and collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Quality and Warehouse teams to meet Make-to-Order/Configure-to-Order demands. This is a full-time, permanent role with clear growth potential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing production or assembly teams.
• Lean Manufacturing, 5S and CI knowledge.
• Experience in Make-to-Order or Configure-to-Order.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems.
• Hands-on approach focused on quality, safety and performance.
• Experience in electro-mechanical assembly would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily production activities and delivery performance.
