Job summary

Owen Daniels in Gloucester seeks an experienced Production Manager to guide assembly and manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, on‑time delivery to high standards. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will lead production teams, drive lean processes and improve performance across a fast-paced environment.

You will manage daily activities, coach team leaders, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with engineering, planning and quality to sustain growth and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing production or assembly teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, 5S and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with Make‑to‑Order or Configure‑to‑Order environments.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems.
