Qualifications

• Apprenticeship in a relevant field or proven experience.
• Detailed understanding of engineering issues and improvement processes.
• Skilled analytical thinker with the ability to assess requirements and select the best approach.
• Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels to achieve targets.
• Be accessible to manufacturing floor and office staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment to deliver a reliable maintenance schedule and improve reliability.
• Perform maintenance tasks to enhance reliability and reduce downtime.
• Promote practices with production staff to improve tooling installation/removal.
• Assist with machine breakdowns and provide engineering solutions and project support.
• Represent the company professionally and communicate with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records to support compliance and operational excellence.
