Job summary

Prime Appointments Ltd is recruiting a Production Line Leader for a fast-paced food manufacturing site on the outskirts of Colchester, Essex. This full-time, temp-to-perm role starts ASAP, with early morning shifts and Saturday work available.

You will lead the line, drive efficiency, and ensure quality, hygiene and safety standards are met. Ideal candidates will be reliable, punctual and experienced in fast-paced production, with proven team leadership and a strong attention to detail.

Hours:06:00–14:30 (hours may vary due to company needs)
Days:Monday–Friday, with Saturdays regularly available
Contract:Full-Time, Temp to Perm

Transport:Own vehicle essential (no public transport links)

We are currently recruiting for aProduction Line Leaderto join a busy and fast-paced food manufacturing site based on the outskirts of Colchester, Essex.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced production worker or someone with previous team-leading experience who is looking for along-term position with progression opportunities.

Your duties will include:

As a Production Line Leader, you will be responsible for helping to keep the production line running efficiently while ensuring quality, cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.

• Leading and supporting the production line
