Job summary

ELE Advanced Technologies Ltd is seeking a results-driven Production Manager to own multiple production cells in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This hands-on leadership role focuses on Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People performance, with accountability on shop floor leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar Production / Manufacturing Manager role.
• Demonstrated success leading people in a multi-line manufacturing environment.
• Strong track record of driving quality, productivity and delivery.
• Experience managing sickness absence, disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Confident managing KPIs and making real-time decisions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Own and maintain a safe working environment compliant with regulations.
• Quality: Take full ownership of quality performance cell by cell and root cause investigations.
• Cost & Productivity: Own productivity and cost performance at cell level and ensure asset care.
• Delivery: Be accountable for delivery performance across all assigned cells.
• People Leadership: Set clear expectations and build a high-performance culture.
