Qualifications

• 10+ years in engineering or manufacturing management.
• Experience leading multiple manufacturing functions in fast-paced environments.
• Strong leadership, people management and continuous improvement track record.
• Solid knowledge of quality, health, safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction across manufacturing and production functions.
• Own manufacturing performance, productivity and operational efficiency.
• Develop and support management teams to meet business and production objectives.
• Manage labour, equipment and resources to maximise output.
• Oversee production planning to meet customer deadlines.
• Drive continuous improvement across operations to boost efficiency, quality and cost.
• Monitor KPIs and use data to implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering and commercial teams to enable manufacturing of new/existing products.
