Job summary

ELE Advanced Technologies Ltd. is seeking a results-driven Production Manager to own multiple production cells in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

This hands-on leadership role requires accountability for Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People performance, with a focus on improving standards through disciplined leadership. You will lead skilled teams, own the cell-level performance, and drive improvements across safety, quality and productivity while ensuring delivery targets are met and

Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar Production / Manufacturing Manager role.
Demonstrated success leading people in a multi-line manufacturing environment.
Strong track record of driving quality, productivity and delivery.
Experience managing sickness absence, disciplinary and grievance issues.
Confident managing KPIs and making real-time decisions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
High level of safety awareness and operational discipline.
Computer literate with a structured, organised approach.

Responsibilities

Ensure safety, quality and cost performance for each production cell.
Lead root cause investigations and eliminate repeat issues.
Be accountable for delivery performance across all assigned cells.
Ensure Cell Leaders are aligned, prepared and fully resourced and take corrective actions for missed targets.
Set clear, measurable expectations for every role and manage performance on the shop floor.
