Job summary

Klöckner Pentaplast Group is seeking an experienced production leader to oversee day-to-day operations at the Featherstone site. You will manage multiple shifts, drive continuous improvement, and work closely with Supply Chain and Planning to report performance and variances.

You will champion safety, quality and regulatory standards, lead a team of supervisors and drive efficiency across the line while delivering on budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Significant operational management experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of production processes and continuous improvement techniques.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills, including coaching and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production across shifts, allocate labour and equipment to hit schedules.
• Oversee safety, compliance and quality, driving corrective actions with the Quality team.
• Monitor KPIs (OEE, throughput, waste, downtime) and manage budget variances.
• Develop supervisors and staff, focusing on performance, staffing and career growth.
• Drive Lean improvements (5S, Kaizen, RCA, SMED, VSM) with Engineering/Maintenance.
