Job summary

Klöckner Pentaplast Group is seeking a hands-on Machine Operator for our Featherstone site. You will operate and set up industrial machinery, monitor processes, perform inspections, and assist with routine maintenance to keep production running safely and efficiently.

You will contribute to meeting production targets, maintain quality standards, and work within a team to sustain a clean and safe working environment. The role involves 12-hour shifts across days, nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in machine operation, production or manufacturing is preferred.
• Good mechanical aptitude and a practical, hands-on approach.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and understand technical diagrams
• A reliable and proactive approach to work
• Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern covering days, nights and weekends
