Job summary

Pertemps Bond is recruiting a Production/FLT Operative for our client in Manor Park, Runcorn. Working Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00, this temporary ongoing role involves operating production machinery and FLTs safely, maintaining quality, and following procedures.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid FLT licence (Counterbalance essential; Reach preferred) and be able to follow processes and report issues promptly.

• Ability to follow processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines and FLTs safely in line with company procedures.
• Manufacture products to a high standard of quality.
• Follow production procedures and safety guidelines, prioritising Health and Safety.
• Check and report any quality issues or shortages to the relevant manager.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean and well maintained.
• Complete relevant checks and records as required.
• Promote a strong health and safety culture within the team.

Production/FLT Operative

£13.50 per hour

Our client, a market leader within their field with over 100 years of experience, are currently seeking an experienced Production/FLT Operative to join their team based in Runcorn.

Duties of a Production/FLT Operative:

• Manufacture products to a high standard of quality.
• Follow production procedures and safety guidelines, prioritising strict Health and Safety.
• Check and report any quality issues or shortages to the relevant manager.
• Operate Production Machines and FLT’s safely in accordance with company processes.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean, tidy and well maintained.
• Support continuous improvement within the production team.
• Complete relevant checks and records as required.
• Promote a strong health and safety culture within the team.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the Production Manager or Shift Manager.

Requirements of a Production/FLT Operative:

• Valid, in date FLT Licence (Counterbalance is essential & Reach is preferable.
• Ability to follow processes.
