Job summary

Gap Personnel are currently recruiting for production fitters for our client in Great Bridge. You will play a crucial role in assembling components and ensuring that all products meet a high standard.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 07:30am - 16:30 and Friday 07:30am - 12:30. Pay is £13 per hour (increases to £14 after 12 weeks), plus a performance related bonus. Immediate start with temporary to permanent ongoing work.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical hydraulics.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering.
• Familiarity with air, electrical and manual tools.
• Forklift license is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components for products.
• Install hydraulics and other mechanical systems.
• Conduct in-line inspections during the assembly process.
