Solutions Limited is seeking a Production Engineer to join our manufacturing division in Bristol. You will work with production, quality and maintenance teams to solve technical problems, improve processes and introduce new equipment and methods to boost efficiency.

Production Engineer – Manufacturing

£40,000 – £45,000 + 5% Bonus + Hybrid Working + Flexible Hours + Training + Benefits

Monday – Friday with an early finish Friday

Location: Bristol

You’ll work with production, quality and maintenance teams to solve technical problems, improve how products are made and help introduce new equipment and processes. The Role:

• Solving production problems and improving quality, efficiency and output.

The Candidate:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar manufacturing or production engineering environment.


• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, plastics, automotive or FMCG would be useful.


• A practical problem‑solver who can work independently and with others.


• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, SolidWorks, jigs and fixtures or continuous improvement would be an advantage.

What’s on Offer?

• £40,000 – £45,000 plus 5% bonus.

• One day per week working from home after probation, flexible hours and the option to finish at 2pm on Fridays.
