Job summary

Solutions Limited in Bristol is seeking a Production Engineer – Manufacturing to join a globally recognised, purpose-driven business that designs products to save lives. The role combines hands-on problem solving with process improvement, supporting new equipment and manufacturing upgrades through cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar manufacturing or production engineering environment.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, plastics, automotive or FMCG would be useful.
• A practical problem-solver who can work independently and with others.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, SolidWorks, jigs and fixtures or continuous improvement would be an advantage.

Production Engineer – Manufacturing
£38,000 – £45,000 + 5% Bonus + Hybrid Working + Flexible Hours + Training + Benefits
Monday – Friday with an early finish Friday
Location: Bristol

You’ll work with production, quality and maintenance teams to solve technical problems, improve how products are made and help introduce new equipment and processes.
