Elix Sourcing Solutions in Bristol is seeking a Production Engineer to join a manufacturing team. You will tackle production issues, drive process improvements and support new equipment and methods to boost efficiency and output.

The role offers hybrid working after probation, flexible hours and funded training. Every week you will contribute to safer, more reliable manufacturing with the aim of saving lives through quality products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering environment.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, plastics, automotive or FMCG would be useful.
• A practical problem-solver who can work independently and with others.

Production Engineer - Manufacturing

£38,000 - £45,000 + 5% Bonus + Hybrid Working + Flexible Hours + Training + Benefits

Monday - Friday with an early finish Friday

Location: Bristol

Are you an experienced Production Engineer with a background in manufacturing? Do you enjoy solving problems, improving processes and working hands‑on? Would you like to join a globally recognised, purpose‑driven business where the products you help make are designed to save lives?

Due to continued development, my client is looking for a Production Engineer to join their engineering team. You'll work with production, quality and maintenance teams to solve technical problems, improve how products are made and help introduce new equipment and processes. The Role

The Candidate

• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, SolidWorks, jigs and fixtures or continuous improvement would be an advantage.

• £38,000 - £45,000 plus 5% bonus.
