Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL in Bristol is seeking an experienced Production Engineer to join the manufacturing team. You will solve production problems, improve quality and efficiency, and lead projects to upgrade processes and equipment.

This hybrid, full-time role offers £38,000–£45,000 plus a 5% bonus, flexible hours, training support, 25 days of holiday, early finish on Fridays and other benefits as a Living Wage Employer. After probation, you may enjoy hybrid working and continued training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing or production engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, plastics, automotive or FMCG is a plus.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, SolidWorks, jigs and fixtures or continuous improvement is advantageous.

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar manufacturing or production engineering environment.

• A practical problem-solver who can work independently and with others.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, SolidWorks, jigs and fixtures or continuous improvement would be an advantage.
