Job summary

Elix Sourcing Solutions is seeking a Production Engineer to join our Bristol-based team. You will work hands-on with production, quality and maintenance to solve technical problems, improve processes and support new equipment and methods.

The role offers hybrid working after probation and a strong emphasis on training and personal development. You’ll lead improvement projects, push for efficiency and waste reduction, and ensure smooth handovers with production and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar manufacturing or production engineering environment.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, SolidWorks, jigs and fixtures or continuous improvement would be an advantage.

Production Engineer - Manufacturing

£40,000 - £45,000 + 5% Bonus + Hybrid Working + Flexible Hours + Training + Benefits

Monday - Friday with an early finish Friday

Location: Bristol

You'll work with production, quality and maintenance teams to solve technical problems, improve how products are made and help introduce new equipment and processes. The Role:

• Solving production problems and improving quality, efficiency and output.
• Leading projects to improve manufacturing processes and reduce waste.

The Candidate:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar manufacturing or production engineering environment.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, plastics, automotive or FMCG would be useful.
• A practical problem-solver who can work independently and with others.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, SolidWorks, jigs and fixtures or continuous improvement would be an advantage.

• £40,000 - £45,000 plus 5% bonus.
