Energy Jobline ZR in Bristol is seeking a Junior Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team. You will help solve production problems, improve quality and efficiency, and support new processes and equipment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant manufacturing experience and a suitable HNC qualification.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, plastics, automotive or FMCG is useful.
• A practical problem-solving approach and a willingness to learn.

The Role:

• Helping solve production problems and find ways to improve quality and efficiency.

The Candidate:

• An interest in engineering and manufacturing, with 2-3 years relevant experience and a suitable HNC qualification.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, plastics, automotive or FMCG would be useful.
• A practical approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of SolidWorks, Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement would be an advantage.

What's on Offer?

£30,000 - £33,000 plus 5% bonus. 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, with guaranteed Christmas closure and the option to buy or sell up to five days. One day per week working from home after probation, flexible hours and the option to finish at 2pm on Fridays.
